We are seeking a dynamic Subject Matter Expert for our SHAPE team, focusing on SAP S4/HANA implementation. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring service performance across sales, customer service and logistics, while also sharing in-depth knowledge and maintaining our solution architecture documentation.

Your area of responsibility:
* Guarantee optimal service performance across sales, customer service and logistics for SAP S4/HANA implementation
* Design, deliver, and maintain work stream outcomes and solution architecture documentation
* Execute tasks as assigned by stream leads, program, and project managers
* Collaborate and transfer specific expertise, making comprehensive contributions to the project by disseminating knowledge
* Offer specialized knowledge and counsel to team members and engage in regular communication across organizational units
* Identify and communicate potential risks and issues to relevant stream leads and project managers, ensuring standard implementation according to project plans
* Facilitating the preparation and training for SAP S/4 Hana business processes, as well as coordinating and conducting tests with key users, end-users and during test phases
* Offer functional expertise in administrative processes, identify and map necessary information and define reporting and interface requirements
What we look for:
* University or Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, process management or customer services. Alternatively, an apprenticeship complemented by relevant work experience is welcomed
* In-depth knowledge in order management, CRM and sales support processes
* Project experience in the Sales or SCM domain (CRM, ERP, Solutions)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholder levels
* Ability to motivate and engage, as well as transfer specialized know-how to various target groups, tailoring the approach to meet diverse stakeholder needs
* A pragmatic, hands-on mentality; results-oriented with a structured approach to tasks
* Proficiency in SAP ERP, CRM, EDI, and related systems
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in SCM, Customer Service, Commercial Excellence, or Solution Management
* Fluency in both German and English
