In our company, your core responsibilities include:
* Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives in handling a variety of pre- and post-sales service functions
* Objectives deal with timeliness, accuracy and customer satisfaction both internally and externally
* Provide phone support to correct customer or field service issues or determine appropriate next steps
* Research multiple data bases to determine configurations and correct bill of materials to determine repair or upgrade parts for service-related issues and upgrades
* Interdepartmental collaboration with engineering, hardware and software development, and manufacturing
What you should bring with you:
* Successfully completed degree in engineering (diploma, bachelor's/master's degree)
* Good knowledge in the field of automation technology / electrical engineering
* As you are very often the first person a customer speaks to, you should be able to understand the customer's problem, and determines to which function customers should be referred.
* Personally, you need to be able to handle the stress of making timely and accurate decisions.
* Experience in equipment engineering preferably in the semiconductor industry desirable
* Very good organizational and communication skills
* Good English and German skills (written and spoken)
* Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
* Flexible and detail-oriented way of working
* Able to commute independently to the office- German driving license.
