We are building a scalable and modular architecture for Advantest, with a prime focus on efficient and effective processes and data.
As part of the global transformation, your focus will be our global Advantest architecture. You will shape our globally harmonized business processes with the required trusted business data, incorporating the business capabilities and required applications. Special love and care are needed for our data model and data integration.
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for improving the data governance, including the data foundation, data model, data integration and data quality
Mentor business users on data ownership and drive a data driven culture and mentality
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or comparable.
Experience working as part of project team on transformations in different company areas, like Sales / SADM, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Human Resources or Finance
Solid experience with enterprise architecture, data modeling and governance frameworks
Knowledge of TOGAF, Archimate, Sparks, Lean Six Sigma, BPMN2.Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques; Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Power BI etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (Python, XML, or ETL frameworks)
Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment, ability to bring enterprise architecture alive for business users
Good knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken; German or Japanese is a plus
Experience in understanding how data supports solid processes and hence adds business value is a must have core skill
