Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Regional FP&A Analyst to join our European team. This role is a key business partner, working closely with both local and regional stakeholders to develop financial insights that drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence in the region. You will have the opportunity to shape financial strategy, optimize performance, and influence decision-making at a high level.
Your Mission:
1. Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Support the monthly forecasting drumbeat, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs. Continuously improve forecasting models and templates in collaboration with Global HQ, enhancing processes for strategic planning, capital allocation, and cash management.
2. Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track monthly financial and operational performance, analyze key KPIs, and proactively recommend improvements to help country management teams achieve their targets.
3. Business Insights & Decision Support: Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis, leveraging P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and non-financial KPIs to drive actionable recommendations.
4. Strategic Initiatives & Cost Optimization: Lead initiatives to increase revenue, drive cost efficiencies, and improve profitability across the region.
5. Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on investment proposals, budgeting decisions, and financial strategies.
6. Guidance & Process Improvement: Support and guide local finance teams, helping to develop and streamline financial processes across multiple countries.
7. Executive Support: Work closely with Regional Senior Management, providing data-driven insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Your Heroic Skills
8. 5-8 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A, transaction advisory, or a high-growth business environment.
9. Advanced financial modeling skills and a passion for solving complex analytical challenges in Excel.
10. Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
11. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive strategic decisions.
12. A hands-on team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
13. Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
14. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.
