Your mission Support the Sales team and its Bid & Pricing team along the whole Sales and Bid & Pricing process Prepare qualitative proposals/bids and offers incl. commercials for OEMs and EV fleet B2B customers Align daily with relevant internal stakeholders on commercial offers and change requests for new and existing OEMs and EV fleet B2B customers Prepare sales pitches and reflect DCS bids in offer presentations Prepare bids related Q&A sessions for customers incl. internal information collection Maintain the internal sales reporting, database and CRM on a regular basis Improve internal working process standardization and create templates Your profile Currently enrolled or a graduate from a degree program in management, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable study Able to start in our Berlin / Munich Office from January 2025 Previous experience in bid and pricing activities such as redacting offers or RFI/RFP processes are a plus Very good knowledge of MS Office is mandatory, especially Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
