For our client international building materials company we are looking for Head of Sales who will be responsible for
Sandwich Panels Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for Western European Markets and can
be based anywhere in Europe.
Responsibilities:
* leading small sales and customer service team on local market
* ensuring effective collaboration with key stakeholders and colleagues to align the sales team with other business areas (e.g., operations, production, and finance),
* optimizing sales processes in close collaboration with Headquarters,
* acting as a point of contact for major clients, providing support during negotiations, and potentially acquiring strategic major clients,
* continuous market monitoring to explore new market potentials,
* cross-functional sales controlling, including monitoring forecasts, revenues, and other KPIs,
* participation in trade fairs, conferences, and events.
Requirements:
* degree in Business Administration or related field,
* extensive B2B sales experience,
* at least 3 years of experience in managing a team,
* knowledge or experience of Sandwich Panels Market at least in one of European countries,
* service-oriented, sales-focused, and proactively drive sales activities,
* eadership style characterized by a lived value consciousness, a hands-on mentality,
* fluency in English,
