Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience in production, ideally in a clean room, and experience in leading teams. Leadership tools: You are familiar with modern leadership tools and personnel management methods. ERP and MS-Office: Proficient in MS-Office and experience with ERP systems, ideally Oracle. Business knowledge: Basic knowledge of business management contexts. Personal skills: Leadership skills: you lead your team in a goal-oriented manner and inspire by setting an example.
