Our Sales Support team takes care of customers requests, specifically related to pre- and after support around customer projects. You will work closely with our sales and distribution teams to satisfy and intensify existing customers relationships and to increase customer satisfaction.
This fulltime job is office-based in our European Centre of Excellence for Food Colors in Geesthacht.
What you'll do:
1. Provide product related standard and special documentation
2. Maintain communication on all customer related topics with Account Managers and support them where needed
3. Indicate, initiate and lead continuous improvement of sales related processes
4. Support in the timely opening and closure of orders, sample requests and timely shipment
What you'll bring:
5. Ideally a Bachelor or German vocational education (Ausbildung) in Economics or a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute a degree
6. Professional experience in Customer Services or as a Sales Assistant
7. For this international role, you have fluent English language skills (spoken and written). Ideally, you have fluency in another European language
8. In the interviews, you will show us how you prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks in an effective manner
9. Since you will be in regular contact with our customers, you possess excellent communication skills, and you work well in a team as well as individually
10. Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize in stressful situations and commitment to excellence
11. Good knowledge of MS Office, SalesForce and JDEdwards or Oracle
