The Opportunity:
We are looking for a passionate marketing manager with professional content marketing skills and experience for our Cosori brand. In this role, you will be responsible for Cosori's overall content marketing strategy, recipe strategy, and new product marketing campaigns in Europe.
What you will do at VeSync:
* Independently manage content strategy for assigned brands across channels like social media, websites, Amazon, and retailer listings.
* Oversee production of deliverables (designs, photos, videos), managing suppliers and production plans (budget, timelines, resources).
* Set and maintain content guidelines for brands, products, campaigns, and influencers.
* Identify and pursue local or regional alliances and endorsements for brand visibility.
* Manage recipe strategy, from gathering to testing and translating.
* Oversee production of recipe-related content (designs, photos, videos) and maintain a network of suppliers.
* Act as the EU contact for recipe content, collaborating with other regions to create shared resources.
* Consolidate content requirements from Online, Retail, and DTC departments.
* Develop content plans with types, distribution channels, and production schedules, assigning creative teams.
* Collaborate on selecting images and key selling points (KSPs) to align with brand and business goals.
What you bring to the role:
Education and Experience:
* University Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or similar.
* Work experience of at least 8 years, including at least 2 years as Content Manager or similar.
* At least 2 years of experience working with creative agencies and in-house creative teams (designers, photographers, copywriters).
* Experience creating food-related content is a plus.
Skills and Knowledge:
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO best practices, and traffic-driving techniques.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Fluent in German (native) and English (90% proficiency or higher).
* Passionate about cooking.
Location, Travel, and Flexibility:
* Lived in Germany for at least 10 years.
* Be able to work in the Düsseldorf office 4 days per week.
* Flexibility to travel within Europe when needed, and possibly to China or the USA.
* Flexibility to have meetings at night or very early in the morning to accommodate time zones (China/USA).
Personal Qualities and Cultural Fit:
* Open to working in a Chinese corporate culture, accepting suggestions, criticism, and appreciating collaborative teamwork.
* Ability to work with multicultural teams.
Location: This is an on-site, office based role in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Salary: €58800+ annually
