We’re looking for a Graphic Designer (f/m/d) who will bring our brand to life through thoughtful, well-executed design. Then you might be the perfect fit for our creative team at Kess Berlin In this position, you’ll play a key role in creating impactful marketing assets across various channels, working closely with teams to ensure our visual identity is consistently represented. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued and your designs play a part in real-time marketing campaigns. Your main responsibilities will be: Designing digital marketing assets across various channels; email marketing, performance, social media, website etc. Developing graphic identities for campaigns together with the Art Director, ensuring a cohesive and on-brand look. Supporting other departments with design needs, including occasional offline assets (e.g., print) and basic video editing. Ensuring all designs align with Kess’ visual identity and brand guidelines. Contributing ideas and graphic solutions to improve marketing performance and brand visibility. Collaborating closely with different teams to ensure smooth execution of creative assets. Helping optimize workflows and processes for better efficiency. At least 2 years of graphic design experience, ideally in an e-commerce business. A strong sense of aesthetics and design trends with a marketing-driven mindset. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (Figma is a plus). Experience with project management tools like Asana (or similar). Strong communication and collaboration skills—you’ll be working with multiple teams. Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines. A proactive, problem-solving attitude with an eagerness to contribute creative solutions. Being reliable with an open-minded personality and a hands-on mentality. Fluency in English (German is a plus). Discount on our products.
