Responsible to develop, implement and drive the offering and sales strategy for Enterprise Recipe Management transformation with respective vertical customers by leveraging all of Siemens technology stack and competencies as well as of our ecosystem partners. Lead customers and delivery teams to impactful results based on deep industry and business process knowledge within the Pharmaceutical domain and specifically R&D and technology transfer value generation steps; Act as an industry domain expert in delivery teams as well as for internal offering development Identify C-Level decision-makers, build strong strategic relationships, become a trusted and valued partner and advisor to the client CXOs and key stakeholders for transformative digitalization projects in R&D and technology transfer Establish a pipeline and lead sales pursuit teams to engage clients and win relevant deals for Siemens and Siemens Advanta, driving closure of sales including negotiations for Advanta projects in the respective vertical market segment across EMEA. Nurture leads by assessing the opportunity, communicating the value propositions for the customer, with a timely follow up and develop strong client proposals. This role would be supported by ADV Horizontals as well as an offer department/solution design team Orchestrate specific value propositions towards our customers while taking ADV own and partner capabilities in consideration as well as the required value selling approach and competitor differentiation. In collaboration with Siemens business units /EMEA Countries, the role supports the development and implementation of new services and solutions for ADV offering in cooperation with the respective Subject Matter Experts and ADV Horizontals. Support the implementation of Advanta's strategy and drive transformation to ensure our roles as “Transformational Lead”, “Implementor for first-of-its-kind”, “Value Optimizer” with Siemens. What you need to make real what matters. Experience & Skills 8-10 years of proven experience in customer facing role in service and/or solutions focused professional services, consulting, system integration environment with industry focus: LifeSciences Existing customer relationships and networks across the industry. Domain know-how in the industry and specifically in the field of Enterprise Recipe Management to ensure industry-specific proposal and use case development. Understanding of relevant business processes in R&D and technology transfer as well as technology stack including IoT architecture and key systems used Understanding of the customer journey - anticipating what digital transformation means for our customers and proactively developing solutions together with the partners in the ecosystem. Ability to engage at C-level or board level and to build strong professional networks and relationships across all seniority levels. Ways of working Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to build something new under uncertainty. Strong leadership and experience in working with cross-functional teams and driving cross projects in a matrix organization. Languages Excellent communication skills in English.
