Responsibilities:
1. Creation of QM inspection plans, QM inspection instructions and QM inspection process plans in the product field Supply systems
2. Definition of inspection criteria and procedures as well as quality targets
3. Planning and monitoring the quality requirements for supplied parts
4. Implementation and evaluation of quality planning
5. Understanding customer requirements and implementing these in quality control procedures
6. Supporting sales, design and production with documentation and quality-related issues
7. Contact person for internal customers, external customers and suppliers
8. Working with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards
9. Checking supplier documentation for completeness, correctness and compliance with standards/guidelines (PED/ASME/Machinery Directive) and customer specifications
10. Monitoring and maintenance of incoming supplier documents for customer documentation
11. Creation and coordination of quality reports for supplier complaints
12. Support in the creation of global quality standards
13. Training on global quality standards
Qualifications:
14. Completed technical studies or a training as quality manager (f/m/d) with a focus on Quality Planning
15. Work experience in the field of quality planning an advantage
16. Knowledge of test procedures on systems (e.g. non-destructive testing)
17. Knowledge of materials science (standards and the associated material tests)
18. Knowledge of pressure vessel guidelines (PED and ASME)
19. Experience in the definition and application of quality standards in plant engineering and pressure vessel construction desirable
20. Willingness to travel on business
21. Good written and spoken English skills
22. User knowledge of SAP-PS, -QM advantageous
