As Vice President Communications – Corporate & Financial Topicsyou drive impactful internal and external communication campaigns for corporate topics, focusing on financial communications, to build and lift Fresenius reputation. You partner with Investor Relations, Finance, Strategy and other relevant teams to design, plan and execute integrated communication strategies for key financial events and significant corporate developments. This also includes serving as a spokesperson for Fresenius on the Group level, developing strong relationships with journalists and key non-journalistic influencers.
Your responsibilities
* Lead integrated financial communications on the Fresenius Group level, including assuming responsibility for key media activities.
* Develop and implement proactive internal and external communication initiatives that align with business objectives and Fresenius brand strategy.
* Plan, prepare and execute media engagements for board members and senior management.
* Lead the corporate topics communications team.
* Lead internal communication campaigns for corporate / financial topics to increase employee engagement.
Your profile
* University graduate degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of corporate communications, media relations or public relations experience (including leadership experience) in multinational corporations or leading communications firms.
* Proven track record in financial communications for internationally active, publicly listed companies.
* Experience in crisis communications.
* Strong editorial skills as well as native or near-native fluency in German and English.
* Expertise in developing and implementing data-driven, topic-centered as well as cross-channel communication work.
* Strong analytical, conceptual and project management skills to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines.
* Collaborative partner able to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
