About the opportunity As a Strategy & Operations Analyst at finmid, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing operational processes while supporting our revenue-driving efforts. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll tackle complex problems, ensure smooth service delivery, and continuously improve our internal processes to help accelerate finmid's growth. You will also support solving customer issues, collaborate across departments, and analyze data to make strategic recommendations that shape our customer experience. If you’re passionate about working in a dynamic startup environment and enjoy taking ownership of key projects that impact both our internal operations and external customer experiences, we want to hear from you In this role, you will: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Risk) to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Lead projects, including customer onboarding, business reviews, and process improvements, in close collaboration with our Business Ops Manager. Tackle complex, non-standard challenges that arise within operations and service delivery to ensure smooth and efficient task completion. Drive operational improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience, adoption, and retention, directly contributing to revenue growth. Optimize and scale operational processes to reduce operational loads and support long-term growth. What you need to be successful: Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in operations, customer service, business operations, consulting, or related fields (preferably with a background in financial services, fintech, or similar industries). Skills: Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, G-Suite). Excellent communication skills in English, and German is a plus. A user-first mindset with the ability to structure abstract problems into actionable solutions. Traits: Highly self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. Strong prioritization skills, able to focus on what matters most and get things done. Comfortable working in ambiguity and able to adapt to changing priorities. Collaborative and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset.
