With the support of your team and your buddy, you can expect an internship with us with an insight into innovative employer processes and the opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day business of a recruiter (m/f/d)...and all this with flexible working day organisation and the possibility of working from home.
Your tasks at a glance:
1. With us, you won't just be looking over our shoulders: after your induction and with constant support, you will oversee the day-to-day business for our university internships throughout Germany
2. You will support the creation of job advertisements, the coordination of interviews, advising managers and specialist departments, as well as conducting (telephone) interviews
3. You will also gain insights into trainee recruiting and support our training team
4. You will also keep track of current vacancies
5. With your wealth of ideas, you will support our recruiting process and also demonstrate your expertise in your own small projects
WHAT YOU OFFER
6. You are unique! You are a personality! You have courage, are curious and open to new things. You are well organised and committed
7. You are currently studying economics, psychology, social sciences or a comparable field and your area of interest lies in human resources and personnel management
8. You are familiar with the MS Office programmes
9. Networking - virtually or in person - is your thing and you find it easy to approach people and constantly maintain contacts
10. You are curious to learn new things and have a sense of how tasks need to be prioritised
11. You are also no stranger to proactivity and team orientation
12. You round off your profile with fluent German (C1+) and good English skills
The internship will last three to (preferably) six months and is available from (preferably) July 2024 In addition to your application documents, please send us your certificate of enrolment and, in the case of a compulsory internship, the examination/study regulations.
