The essential requirements of the job include:
1. University's degree or Vocational Training (Ausbildung) in HR Administration & Management
2. Minimum 3 years of experience if you are a HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP possibly in a matrix environment
3. Sound knowledge on German Labor and Social Law
4. Experience in working with Work Council
