This position is based in our office in Saarbruecken, Germany. This position may require business travel (15%) to partners and customers throughout Europe. Your Tasks: Pan-European Outbound Account Manager who spends approximately 80% of their time approaching new customers: Prospects and uncovers pan-European customers, qualifying leads and passing to Business Development Managers, depending on opportunity value. Shares insights and industry information about customers and the market to better understand and address problems and demonstrate customer-specific solutions together with your stakeholders in the company. Uses CRM to capture activity, and additionally owns the CRM metrics and activity for the PRO sales team, reporting on the outbound funnel, reporting success periodically. Partners with Finance and Inventory to enhance accurate Sales Forecasting and Inventory Leads coordination of PRO sales and new customer onboarding materials from end-to-end, including Customer Presentations, Quoting, and Marketing Collateral. Mentored by the Director of Sales and New Business Development, actively seeks to move into a supervisor or managerial position to grow their team. Your Qualifications: Completed degree (Bachelor) or comparable education. Several years of professional experience in Sales (B2B) (2 years) Experience with Customer Relationship Management Tools (preferable HubSpot). Fluent knowledge of German, English, and French, any other European languages is an advantage. Strong communication and a growth mindset with persistence facing rejections or setbacks. Highly motivated with good planning, organization, and prioritization skills. Customer Focus: Good in listening, documentation, and communication of information.
