How does your working day look like ...
* You do the shift planning, lead the team and support your colleagues in their development in cooperation with the Front Office Manager
* You ensure that duty scheduling is done on time, fairly and with consideration for business aspects
* You ensure a smooth process when welcoming guests to the hotel and clean administrative processes within the team
* You motivate your colleagues with an infectious smile when all guests arrive for check-in at the same time
* You stay on top of things even when plans change spontaneously
* You ensure smooth communication with our guests and other department heads
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV ...
* You have completed training in the hotel industry, gained initial management experience and speak fluent English
* You like to work independently, are reliable and have the ability to work under pressure
* You have amazing communication skills and are a true host
* You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also know your way around the city and always have a few tips on the scene at hand
* You're a doer - and openly admit when you've done something wrong
* You not only bring your skills, but also your character
