About the Job We're looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join the team in our portfolio company and manage their recruiting and growth strategies. In this role, you’ll: Create an end-to-end recruiting plan that includes responsibilities such as sourcing and contacting potential candidates, organising interviews, and offering negotiations Collaborate closely with hiring managers to find the best candidates for the roles Get insights into different departments in our company to specify and improve your candidate search Engage in constant analysis of recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve existing process Be an active contributor to the evolution of our recruitment practices by suggesting new strategies and approaches based on your day-to-day insights Take part in a variety of projects such as employer branding, candidate experience, data-driven recruiting, tool implementation, and others Your Profile Strong understanding of commercial and operational roles, including sales, procurement, and logistics Previous experience in agency recruitment/headhunting or hyper-growth start-ups; experience with Ashby as an ATS is considered a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong interest in conducting research and reaching out to potential candidates Strong negotiation skills as well as comfort in conducting cold outreaches Excited about assessing the cultural fit and selling the company to potential candidates Strong motivation, willingness to learn, and passion for recruitment Strong communication skills and fluency in German and English. Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
