We are currently looking for a Brand & Communications Manager (UK) to join our team in Berlin. Your Tasks Develop and manage campaigns for the UK market that align with Yepoda’s brand direction. Plan, organize, and manage pop-ups, events, and on-ground activations in the UK. Build strong relationships with UK-based influencers, media contacts, and key partners to expand Yepoda’s presence. Manage relationships with UK PR agencies to support media coverage. Oversee local content creation efforts, including brainstorming ideas, coordinating photo/video shoots, and scheduling content. Develop and execute strategic campaigns tailored to UK trends and consumer behavior. Manage brand management efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Conduct campaign performance reporting and analyze data to refine future strategies. Manage unexpected issues during events and campaigns with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Your Profile 2 Years experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communication, marketing, or a related field. Native-level proficiency in English communication skills. Experience in brand management, event/project management, or a related field. Proven ability to manage projects independently, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Creativity, flexibility, and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with social media trends and cultural nuances of the Italian market. A collaborative team player with a strong “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn. Key Skills Required Event Management & Execution – Experience organizing impactful pop-ups and events in the UK. Campaign Strategy – Ability to create and execute strategic campaigns aligned with UK trends. Marketing Translations & Copywriting – Strong written communication skills for creating compelling and culturally relevant UK content. Brand Management – Ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints. PR & Media Relations – Experience cultivating media partnerships and supporting positive brand awareness. Cultural Awareness – Deep understanding of UK trends, language nuances, and consumer preferences. Crisis Management – Ability to manage unexpected issues during events and campaigns.
