The project As a Sales Coordinator for Pepe Jeans, you will be responsible for bringing the brand’s strategic vision to life within your assigned territory, driving sales growth and maximizing profitability across the wholesale channel. What will the role entail? You will accompany the wholesale business performance end-to-end. You will understand the market landscape, including key accounts, e-commerce players, multi-brand retailers, and potential franchises, identifying strategic opportunities to grow the brands. You will drive the business during the market period (Showroom and/or Virtual Showroom), negotiating and defining clients’ OTB, conducting client appointments and collection presentations, and supervising order confirmations with active support. You will cultivate and prospect a pipeline of new sales opportunities designed to drive overall business growth. You will work cross-functionally with wholesale operations to optimize divisional shipping targets. You will collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive strategic opportunities and initiatives. You will follow and implement all company policies and procedures to ensure the stability, sustainability, safety, and security of the business in accordance with our internal guidelines. Background in sales, preferably within the fashion or retail industry. Good knowledge of the DACH market and its consumer dynamics. Fluency in both German and English; additional languages are a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills.
