Job Description
* You will support the support team by working for our offices in Munich
* You help with software and hardware installation and repair
* You support the administration and configuration of Google Meets Devices in all conference rooms
* You independently and autonomously supervise the backup and repair of hardware of retired employees
* You take on initial project responsibility
* You are responsible for maintaining documentation
Qualifications
* You are studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology or a comparable course of study
* You have a strong affinity for IT and a keen interest in technical solutions (ideally already have some experience in IT support)
* You have a structured, independent and responsible working style
* You have excellent written and spoken English skills, German is a plus
