Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a proactive mindset and a knack for independent work? We’re looking for a Working Student - Claims Analytics (f/m/x) to streamline claims processes, enhance success rates, and make a tangible impact on our operations. In this role, you will manage multiple claims efficiently, maintain high levels of communication with both clients and stakeholders and achieve a high rate of successfully processed claims.

What You’ll Do:
* Analyze and Identify Patterns: Leverage Looker analytics to identify claim cases and spot anomalies that can influence claim outcomes.
* Coordinate Document Collection: Communicate with clients to request and gather necessary documentation, ensuring all submissions meet compliance standards.
* Oversee Claims Submission: Accurately prepare and submit claims to relevant carriers, adhering to deadlines and guidelines.
* Provide Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with clients and internal teams, answering inquiries and ensuring a seamless claims lifecycle.
* Monitor and Report Success: Track claim outcomes, focusing on measurable success rates and continually improving the process.
