Your Responsibilities As Sales Executive Nordics you will lead the definition and execution of our regional sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets for the Nordics region. You will foster a culture of success as a new business hunter and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and Net New logos. If you’re passionate about sales and thrive in a dynamic, international environment, we’d love to hear from you Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth, focusing on customer acquisition in the Nordic region Identify new market opportunities and self generate opportunities alongside BD and Marketing activity Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Implementation teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs), including pipeline development, sales cycle length, and conversion rates, and adjust strategies as needed Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to position the company as a leader in the EPM space Implement scalable sales processes, tools, and technologies to optimize efficiency and productivity Provide regular forecasts, sales reports, and market insights to the executive team The role can be based remotely anywhere in Germany, Sweden or Denmark. Your Profile 3 years of experience in a net new sales role in the B2B SaaS industry Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, strongly growing environment Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a focus of new business – you are a hunter Data-driven decision-maker with expertise in sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms Native Swedish and/or Danish and fluent English skills - Finnish would also be possible About us Jedox is a leading software solution that enables business planning, budgeting, and forecasting for finance, sales, and other business functions with leading-edge technology to drive Digital Transformation and provide tangible customer value.
