Senior Business Analyst (all gender)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst (all gender) to join our dynamic Digital Product Engineering team within the Digital Product & Technology Development department. This position will be filled on a fulltime and permanent basis within KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA at our headquarters in Einbeck/Germany.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. As a Senior Business Analyst (all gender), you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, recommend solutions, and drive successful implementation.

Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define detailed business requirements.
Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Develop functional specifications, use cases, and process models to support the implementation of solutions.
Collaborate with IT, project managers, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Perform data analysis to inform decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis and create business cases for potential projects.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful deployment.
Longstanding and proven experience in business analysis, preferably in a senior or lead role.
Strong understanding of business process mapping, modeling, and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in fluent or native English, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of leading projects from conception through delivery.
Experience with business intelligence tools, databases, and advanced Excel skills.
