We are on the hunt for an eagle-eyed Quality Inspector who will be the guardian of excellence for all our incoming and outgoing materials, products, and manufacturing procedures.

Tasks
* Inspect products and materials according to quality standards, technical drawings, procedures, and plans.
* Document inspection results and report any defects or non-conformities.
* Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager.
* Run statistical studies such as reproducibility and capability.
* Maintain and update quality inspector records.
* Perform detailed inspections of space components and mechanical parts using precision measuring tools and equipment.
* Verify that products meet established quality standards and specifications.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
* Proven experience as Quality Inspector or similar, relevant role with at least 3 years of experience.
* Keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
* Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
* Strong knowledge in Space standards such as ECSS, ASTM, and MIL.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Ability to document results and create reports.
* Education/Certification in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, safety, quality control).
* Responsible and trustworthy.
* Highly detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent English skills (written and oral); German is beneficial but not necessary.
