The Team – your impact
As a Solution Architect in the Communication DT team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that support our external communication strategies. You will collaborate with international cross-functional teams in a BizDevOps mode to understand business requirements, assess technical feasibility, and provide architectural guidance. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills to drive the successful implementation of solutions.

* Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements
* Design and development of scalable and efficient technology solutions aligned with communication strategies
* Assessment of technical feasibility and providing recommendations based on industry best practices
* Evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms
* Definition and documentation of solution architectures, including system components and integration points
* Collaboration with central architecture teams and having a comprehensive overview of E.ON's technology architecture
* Providing technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
* University degree or profound and long term professional IT experienceProven experience as a Solution Architect in communication management
* Strong technical background in software development methodologies and technologies
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with international teams
* Fluent in German and English
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for translating business requirements
* Strong leadership and influencing skills for cross-functional teams
