The Marketing Intern / Working Student will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, conducting research, and assisting with various projects to drive brand awareness and engagement. Responsibility Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and engagement. Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content. Assist in managing social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics – LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, … Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging and branding. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining databases. Assist in tracking and reporting on marketing campaign performance, including metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in marketing to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches. Education & Experience: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Previous internship experience in marketing or related fields is a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Detail-oriented, professional, and analytical Strong communication skills and computer literacy Hands-on and can-do attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills – English and German Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, or similar tools are a must- have Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms. Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges. Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
