As an Onsite Technician (m/f/d) in Stade, you'll be the go-to person for all things IT, ensuring our users experience the "Wow" factor every day.
Your Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for all technical inquiries and issues, providing top-notch support and creative solutions.
* Take ownership of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
* Handle hardware/software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects like rollouts and migrations.
* Analyze, document, and resolve system and application errors effectively.
Your Skills:
* Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
* Strong experience with the Microsoft environment.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems.
* Excellent communication skills in fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
