As a Product Owner Digital Health Solutions (f/m/d),you will play a key role in defining and implementing innovativedigital services in healthcare. Your work will directly contributeto HARTMANNs digital transformation, improving care for nursinghome residents through data driven solutions. You will shape theproduct strategy, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, andensure high standards in usability, compliance, and customer value.Responsibilities: Define and drive the strategic vision fordigital health services, aligning with business goals Engage withcustomers to gather requirements and translate them into innovativedigital health solutions Collaborate with designers, developers,and other stakeholders to create digital products that meetcustomer needs Ensure compliance with relevant regulations andmaintain technical documentation and conformity assessments Drivedesign for useability and work closely with users to optimize UX Coordinate with marketing, IT, and customer service departments toalign product development with business strategies Managesupplier relationships and oversee the procurement process fordigital health solutions Develop and execute training materialsand customer support plans to ensure successful product adoption Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identifyopportunities for product improvement and innovation Qualification: Master''s degree in Digital Business, Healthcare Management,(computer) science or a related field Proven experience inproduct ownership or product management, preferably in the digitalhealth or medical device industry. Knowledge of digital markettrends and innovations, preferably in telecare or digital healthservices. Experience with health economics or regulatoryrequirements for digital health solutions is an advantage Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability tocollaborate effectively with cross functional teams and externalpartners Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellentcommunication and presentation skills Fluent in English, at leastB2 German language skills.
