Your Responsibilities
* Full ownership of our company's business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland both in terms of top-line generation and operational day-to-day management of the platform.
* Launch the Swiss platform and ramp-up its success.
* Leading of marketing and sales efforts to scale our platforms in DACH, including the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and establishment of new marketing partnerships.
* Driving the localization of the DACH platforms in close alignment with all key departments (IT, product management, legal, and customer service).
* Contribution to local PR activities of Raisin in DACH.
* Organizing and participating in high-profile industry events and building of a relevant network in Germany.
* Support the onboarding and expansion of new bank partners with the business development team.
* Managing the DACH market team.
* Act as one of main business stakeholders for Product rg. the whole customer journey.
Your Profile
* University degree in business, economics or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on finance.
* Minimum 7 years work experience in consulting, finance (e.g. banks or service providers), or the startup industry.
* Knowledge of the German financial retail market.
* Experience in areas of digital banking or deposit products are highly beneficial.
* Entrepreneurial mind-set and the ability to work and communicate in a fast-paced international environment.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Winning personality with ability to build long-lasting relationships.
* Native German skills, fluency in English. Other European languages are a plus.
