Technology Development Manager (m/f/d)
We are looking for an experienced Technology Development Manager (m/f/d) with a background in process engineering or chemical engineering/chemical engineering to support our company in the implementation of research and development projects for the new and further development of our proprietary technologies in the field of polymers and recycling. As Technology Development Manager you will lead selected development projects in close cooperation with the Research & Development team and support the final commercialization process.

11. Generating ideas for R&D based on market requirements and trends
12. Management and collaboration in research and development projects
13. Supporting the market launch of developed products
14. Support and creation of product information, marketing strategies and sales activities
And that makes you:
15. Successfully completed studies in process engineering or chemical engineering/chemical engineering with experience in business administration, technology management, marketing and/or innovation management (possibly also mechanical engineering)
16. Several years of experience in development, preferably of process engineering products
17. Responsible team player and professional leadership of an interdisciplinary team, often in combination with multinational teams
18. Mobility and willingness to work abroad, travelling approx. 10% of the time
19. Very good written and spoken German and English; additional language skills are an advantage
