THE ROLE & THE TEAM We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our Paid Social team, focusing on Meta and Pinterest campaigns. This is an operational role, supporting the wider team in executing high-performing campaigns and ensuring smooth delivery across channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing automation, particularly with Smartly, and a strong understanding of marketing analytics and testing methodologies. You will be responsible for campaign execution, performance tracking, troubleshooting, and supporting the team in setting up and monitoring Conversion Lift Studies (CLS) on Meta and/or Pinterest. Additionally, you will maintain Work-in-Progress (WIP) documentation for ongoing discussions with platform partners, ensuring transparency and resolution of key topics. Use Smartly for campaign automation, image template creation, and bulk campaign management. Ensure campaign structure, audience setup, and creative execution align with best practices. Monitor campaign performance daily, making adjustments to budgets, bids, and creatives as needed. Work closely with the creative team to update and optimize ad assets based on performance trends. Testing & Experimentation Set up and monitor Conversion Lift Studies (CLS) on Meta and/or Pinterest, ensuring proper test execution. Track and analyze test results, identifying actionable insights to improve campaign performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and platform partners to ensure test integrity and accurate measurement. Support ongoing A/B testing initiatives, analyzing the impact of different bidding strategies, audience segments, and creatives. Performance Tracking, Reporting & Stakeholder Communication Analyze campaign data to track performance against key KPIs and identify trends. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights. Present performance data to stakeholders, running through key learnings and next steps. Investigate underperforming campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Support in forecasting and budget planning, ensuring efficient allocation of marketing spend. Campaign Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution Identify and resolve campaign anomalies or delivery issues in coordination with internal teams and platform partners. Act as a point of support for campaign troubleshooting, ensuring quick resolution of discrepancies. Escalate and collaborate with Smartly, Meta, and Pinterest partners to resolve platform-related issues. Maintain WIP documentation on ongoing discussions and troubleshooting topics with platform partners to ensure issues are documented and resolved in a timely manner. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Hands-on experience managing Meta and Pinterest ads. Proficiency in Smartly, including image template creation, campaign automation, and bulk management. Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and how to optimize campaigns to meet business targets. Experience with Meta Business Manager and Pinterest Ads Manager. Experience setting up and monitoring Conversion Lift Studies (CLS) on Meta and/or Pinterest. Ability to analyze campaign data, track trends, and derive actionable insights. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting. Experience in investigating campaign performance dips and making data-backed optimizations. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, analysts, and external partners. Strong communication skills to present campaign performance insights to stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and action points.
