What you'll do
* As a Process Consultant, you will play an active role in the global Knauf IT transformation, supporting strategic initiatives and enhancing IT capabilities
* You will analyse existing Business Process Management (BPM) processes and process mining capabilities, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into actionable plans and functional solutions
* Be responsible for the design and implementation of BPM and Process Mining solutions, oversee their deployment, and coordinate all necessary details with stakeholders
* Play a crucial role in orchestrating process redesigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing operational efficiency
* You will drive knowledge transfer and training of BPM and Process Mining topics within the Knauf Group to maximize the adoption and effective use of tools
Who you are
* Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
* Show a good understanding of the business domain, process modeling techniques, and data analysis skills
* You have extensive hands-on experience managing process mining and modeling across large business enterprises
* Hold certified expertise in process modeling and mining tools like Celonis and Signavio, with a fundamental understanding of SAP from both data and process perspectives
* Demonstrate strong communication skills for breaking down complex structures into digestible points for diverse clients and colleagues, and the ability to lead functional-technical discussions and deliver business-oriented solutions
