Job Description After the initial training, you will be responsible, together with colleagues from the NETZSCH Academy department, for the planning, preparation, and execution of customer training, seminars, and online courses for various methods of thermal analysis as well as rheology. You will convey product and application-specific knowledge to our customers in courses and perform demonstrations either at the customer's site, in our application laboratories in Selb, or at internal and external seminars and webinars You will provide support to the application laboratory during customer visits and measurement tasks as needed You will handle inquiries from our customers, sales offices, and distribution partners regarding the use, handling, and interpretation of measurement results In collaboration with our application laboratory, you will play a key role in targeted information exchange with our Research & Development team to further develop our devices You will create application notes as well as scientific publications for industry journals You will represent NETZSCH Analytics and Testing at trade fairs and conferences, occasionally also giving technical presentations Qualifications You have a completed degree in a natural science field, preferably in physics, chemistry, materials science, or a comparable discipline You already have a good understanding of rheology (rotational and capillary rheology) and, ideally, knowledge in thermal analysis, and you are willing to familiarize yourself with additional methods You have a flawless and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and are distinguished by cooperative teamwork You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English (at least C1 level), and additional foreign languages would be an advantage A high willingness to travel is required PERFEKTE BEDINGUNGEN FÜR EXZELLENTE LEISTUNGEN Wachsen Sie mit uns gemeinsam, unsere Benefits machen Ihren Weg so angenehm wie möglich.
