This role, based in the Black Forest region of Germany presents a unique opportunity to lead the HR strategy for a dynamic and growing organization. Role Highlights: Partner closely with the Global CHRO and executive team, contributing to the company's strategic direction. Drive post acquisition integration, transformation initiatives, and cultural alignment across multiple European sites. Lead HR efforts across key areas, including employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development. This is a pivotal leadership role for an experienced HR professional looking to make a significant impact in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment. Requirements: 5 years experience leading an HR function in a manufacturing environment. Experience of the automotive sector is ideal, but not essential. Experience of German labour law and of working with Workers Councils Experience in compensation, payroll, benefits, organizational planning, learning and development, employee relations, safety, and recruitment Fluency in written and spoken German and English Willingness to be based in the company's office in the Black Forest region.
