Apply now YOUR FUTURE ROLE In the role as a Business Processes Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors, you will deliver high impact HCM services through the full customer lifecycle. You will work together with other SAP Consultants, being responsible for the execution of projects and engagements. Your role involves, but is not limited to, delivery of business and technology advisory services within customer engagements. As per the business needs, which might vary, you will conduct the following tasks: Able to further develop yourself as a consultant working closely with management and SAP consultants on projects. Support in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects. Plan, run and manage design workshops/meetings with customers Lead and drive internal team(s)/meetings Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization Able to work together with a group of consultants, including Near-Shore and Off-Shore consultants on projects Organize yourself in a remote working style Travel to customers and SAP meetings as would be requested, most of the work is delivered remotely YOUR PROFILE We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled technology and business enthusiast who has a minimum of 3 years work experience within the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain and with experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud) and, who want to further develop their skills as a consultant and a trusted advisor for one of the world’s most valuable brands. Required Skills Successful completion of bachelor’s or master’s degree. Minimum of 3 years of work experience within the HCM domain. You should hold a SAP SuccessFactors certification. Proven project experience of implementing SAP SuccessFactors in a role of as Consultant. Technology-oriented, possessing an aptitude for rapidly learning complex software applications. Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems. Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner. Great communicator who can communicate effectively in an international environment, and is very organized, and quick at learning and understanding new technology skills with an aptitude and passion for working with people. Good problem solver who is creative and an innovative thinker. Excellent team player but also self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to always continuously learn, especially in learning and understanding new technology skills with an aptitude and passion for working with people. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Full proficiency in English and German (written and verbal) are mandatory.
