Job Description As an Associate Management Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting three senior managers in the Biomedicine team at Miltenyi Biotec. This is a dynamic and varied position within an international, highly innovative environment. Your role ensures smooth coordination of meetings, travel, budget tracking and event logistics, while acting as a point of contact across teams and departments. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners—always with an eye for detail, structure, and proactive communication. Take ownership of scheduling and organizing meetings, including room reservations, agendas, minutes, catering, and travel arrangements for internal and external participants. Support and partially manage the preparation and coordination of department-level events such as advisory boards, annual conferences, and European meetings. Oversee and manage travel bookings for the management team and international Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), as well as related documentation and reimbursement. Ensure accurate and timely processing of departmental expenses and maintain oversight of assigned budgets. Act as a reliable administrative partner within the Biomedicine assistant team, contributing to seamless day-to-day operations and ensuring coverage during absences or vacation periods.
