Responsibilities:
* Serve as a key contact person for billing and all payment-related matters within our e-commerce activities and e-shops
* Handle e-commerce customer inquiries regarding accounts receivable (complaints and escalations)
* Ensure that e-commerce transactions are correctly mapped in our ERP system
* Be responsible for the development and further development of all payment reports (e.g., payment method usage, abandonment rates, PayPal clarification cases)
* Take on exciting special tasks and project activities
Qualifications:
* Completed degree in business administration or commercial training, preferably with relevant further training
* Initial professional experience in financial or balance sheet accounting and knowledge of accounts receivable accounting
* Proficient in the use of common MS Office programs and ideally have experience with SAP Business One
* A strong affinity for numbers, enjoyment of recording and implementing new processes, and a high level of organizational skills and a friendly demeanor
* Native German language skills and good English language skills complete your profile
