Your Responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurence Test Manager to oversee and enhance our software testing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating testing activities to ensure the quality and performance of our software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating and contributing to testing activities on Jedox software components, utilizing an engineering toolset (issue tracker, test case management system, test tools, CVS, etc.). Collaborating with QA engineers to design, execute, and review both manual and automated tests. Working with agile teams during team ceremonies to support planning and execution, providing valuable quality assurance perspectives and expertise. Facilitating and improving onboarding, knowledge transfer, and day-to-day work activities for QA engineers. Coordinating and contributing to test automation activities. Managing and overseeing testing activities throughout the software release process. Reporting on testing activities and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders. Contributing to the definition and maintenance of test policies, test strategies, and test plans to drive continuous improvement. Your Profile You are an experienced Quality Assurance engineer with over 5 years of practical experience in software development, including test automation across multiple tools, and a deep understanding of QA practices and workflows. At least 5 years of practical QA engineering experience in software development context, including test automation experience with multiple tools. Excellent understanding of and experience with QA practices and day-to-day workflows. Excellent understanding of and experience with QA toolset, including testcase management tools (e.g. TestRail or similar). Excellent understanding of and experience with tools for test automation, including web application test automation (e.g. Selenium, Playwright). Ability to plan, organize & coordinate QA activities for complex software projects. Very good understanding of Software Development lifecycle. Ability to identify, qualify and report on found issues at all stages of SDLC. Ability to review, give feedback on, and proactively improve QA engineering practices. Excellent communication skills; clear, open & respectful spoken and written english communication. Practical Kubernetes, Githup experience is a plus.
