As the Experience Strategist, you will be responsible for moving the future of emotional loyalty forward through memorable employee and customer experiences. A Day in The Life: Partnering with clients from a variety of industries and countries to understand their needs and develop individualized solution blueprints. Building a strong, collaborative relationship with our clients, challenging and pushing them as appropriate. Partnering with Account Directors to identify client business objectives and develop and recommend appropriate strategies. Operating in the white space, applying thought leadership and strategic thinking to client needs. Creating solutions that meet our client’s business needs across the disciplines of learning & development, customer experience, service design, culture change and change management. Developing Governance Models for clients to manage their initiatives on an ongoing basis. Applying human-centered design principles and neuroscience to the design and development of customer and employee experience solutions. Providing leadership and direction to colleagues working on the delivery of a client project, ensuring the client remains at the centre of all that we do. Collaborating with colleagues in the Communications, Incentives/Loyalty, Events, Research, Analytics, and Digital practices to design and execute holistic strategy and solutions. Working with Research and Analytics teams to develop KPI’s, measurement baselines and qualitative and quantitative measurement strategies. Keeping abreast of industry and sector trends. Providing mentorship to team members and colleagues. Are You the One? 5-7 years of experience in designing and developing meaningful experiences for customers and employees alike. Located in Cologne, Germany. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). Proficiency in German and English (both oral and written) is required, with additional proficiency in Spanish preferred. Passionate about working with clients, understanding their needs and developing solutions that exceed their expectations. I have a desire and ability to travel as needed. Analytical thinker with the ability to leverage data and insights to design and execute strategy and solutions. Strong customer-centric mindset, driven by a passion for delivering outstanding customer and employee experiences. Excellent change management expertise in designing and implementing tailored solutions across learning and development, customer experience, service design, culture change, while providing leadership and direction to ensure client-centric project delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficient in customer experience software and tools. Why Bond?
