About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Working Student to join our BU Automotive B2B marketing team and support digital and non-digital marketing activities across Europe. In this role, you will work closely with the regional marketing team to help execute yearly marketing programs for selected market segments. You will play an essential role in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, websites, CRM, and account-based marketing. This position offers hands-on experience in a global company, with opportunities to gain insights into various aspects of marketing, campaign management, and data-driven strategies.
Marketing Program Support
* Assist in executing digital and non-digital marketing activities related to yearly marketing programs for European market segments.
* Contribute to account-based marketing (ABM) activities targeting specific customer segments.
Campaign Development and Implementation
* Support the development, localization, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across websites, social media, and other online platforms in the region.
* Work on multi-channel marketing campaigns that incorporate SEO, social media, inbound marketing, email, and events to drive customer acquisition.
Content Creation and Localization
* Assist in creating, localizing, and customizing marketing and communication assets tailored to regional and local needs.
* Customize master content to better engage target audiences and generate more leads for the sales funnel.
Event Coordination
* Help deploy specific customer events such as fairs, tech days, and HQ visits.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution of events.
CRM and Data Management
* Maintain and utilize CRM marketing data to support customized communication activities and targeted outreach.
Performance Measurement and Reporting
* Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for campaigns, optimizing strategies based on results.
Skills and Knowledge
* Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, email marketing, inbound marketing).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with Google Analytics or other digital analytics tools.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
* Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas to content creation and localization.
Experience
* Prior internship or working student experience in marketing, digital media, or communications is beneficial but not required.
* Experience with event coordination is an advantage.
