What you'll do
* You’ll lead the development and implementation of state-of-the-art business processes in international projects and make a significant impact on the rollout of Blue Yonder
* As part of your role, you will further develop the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes across the Knauf Group and ensure that they meet the division-specific requirements
* In close cooperation with Knauf IT, you will standardize business processes based on best practice approaches
* Your analytical skills will come into play as you capture, document and analyze existing process landscapes to identify and leverage opportunities for optimization
* You will also prepare and deliver employee training and actively contribute to Knauf's S/4HANA and Smart Factory initiatives
Who you are
* You possess a degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field
* With extensive experience in demand/supply management or production planning processes, you bring invaluable expertise to the table
* Your advanced knowledge of material requirements planning and production planning and control will set you apart
* Proficiency in either Production Planning or Supply Planning or Demand Planning, as well as exposure to S&OP process
* Fluent in English and willing to travel internationally, you excel at networking and collaborating on a global scale
