* Develop the Competition Economics practice in the team
* Build strong relationships both with clients and our global network
* Build partnerships with law firms and academia with the aim of developing the practice
* Train, recruit and motivate team members to deliver high value services in the area of Competition Economics
* Required to communicate effectively with the Partners and the firm's professional and support staff
* Apply established and recent economic theories on various competition issues
* Apply economic approaches to market definition, market power assessment, prediction of merger effects, and estimation of damages
* Perform economic evaluations of (horizontal and vertical) agreements, mergers, and abuse of dominant position
* Assess the regulatory risk of a firm's conduct
* Structure potential anti-competitive claims and/or defences in an economically coherent way
* Critically evaluate economic analysis and submissions in competition matters
* Review and understand the key economic considerations behind landmark competition cases
* Responsible for the development and motivation of staff members and providing them with training coaching and counselling, leadership, supervision, feedback and career guidance
