Due to regional expansion, we are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for the Region: Czech Republic and Slovakia (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities:
Organized Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers on-site. Collaborate closely with our internal sales team to finalize tailored contracts and offers.
Long-Term Customer Care: Build and maintain sustainable relationships with key contacts in the recycling and logistics industry through regular in-person visits and professional support.
Solution-Oriented Approach: Prepare offers and execution documents.
New Customer Acquisition: Actively seek out new customers through research and generate additional leads via industry-specific marketing activities.
Entrepreneurial and Results-Oriented Work: Develop and manage individual customer lists and sales goals to ensure continuous growth and success aligned with the company's strategy.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market observations and analyses to identify new products for your region, in consultation with your Sales Manager.
Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.
Proven experience in sales, ideally with exposure to the recycling or metal processing industries.
Strong sales orientation with a clear focus on achieving goals and a proactive approach.
Excellent rhetorical and communication skills to interact efficiently with customers and internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, fluent Czech and/or Slovak language skills, along with good German and/or English skills (minimum B2 level).
High willingness to travel and build a relevant customer network.
