Where will you end up?
At TOPdesks headquarters in Kaiserslautern! As an engineering manager, you'll be part of a management team that includes a group product manager, a UX design manager, and other engineering managers, all working together to oversee one of our product development groups consists of more engineering teams.
You will manage between 5 and 15 software engineers, architects, scrum masters and testers, distributed across one to three engineering teams, ensuring alignment, performance, and the successful delivery of key objectives. Our development teams are based in the Netherlands, Germany and Hungary. You will be co-located with most of your team members, and you will report to a VP of Engineering.
