Your tasks:
* Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with international airlines
* Processing tenders and creating business proposals
* Negotiating and concluding Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Ensuring compliance with commercial agreements regarding quality and delivery times
* Acting as the interface between customers and internal teams for seamless service execution
* Proactive communication with customers, problem-solving, and developing improvements
* Monitoring and reporting relevant KPIs
What you bring:
* Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the aviation industry
* Fluent English skills, German is an advantage
* High level of customer orientation, empathy, and communication skills
* Assertiveness and resilience in stressful situations
* Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
