Job Description
To accompany the fast-paced development of our European activities, CS Group is looking for a Sales Engineer. Reporting directly to the German Operations Director you will strengthen the development of our space business in Germany, the main activities will be:
1. Develop and maintain client relationships;
2. Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals;
3. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders;
4. Gather useful information from customer and competitor data;
5. Track, identify and add qualified leads to sales pipeline;
6. Support and coordinate proposal writing for client tenders;
7. Track and report on the status of proposal components.
Qualifications
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
8. You have at least 3 years’ experience in technology related sales or in business developmentpreferably in the space industry or an equivalent engineering industry in an internationalenvironment.
9. You have strong interpersonal and commercial skills which allow you to interact, developstrong professional relationships and negotiate with customers at all levels.
10. The role will appeal to a self-starter, who is highly motivated, accustomed to workingindependently but who can also work effectively in a team.
11. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French or German or another Europeanlanguage is an advantage.
