Your mission
* You will plan, document and present formative and summative usability evaluations and create the associated engineering files
* You will be responsible for ensuring that usability activities are carried out in a compliant manner (in accordance with laws and standards)
* You will support the definition of use-related risks and actions requiring user involvement
* Support your colleagues in requirements engineering and communication with regulatory authorities regarding usability
* You will be a reliable point of contact for your colleagues in product management, product design, product development, regulatory affairs and risk management
Your talents
* Degree in engineering psychology with a focus on usability or similar
* Experience in medical device usability
* Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices and usability engineering (IEC 62366-1 and FDA usability requirements)
* Ability to quickly grasp the context of tasks and requirements
* Systematic, analytical mindset and approach
* Confident presenter
* Understanding of technical relationships
* Very good German and English skills
