Ihre Aufgaben:
* Conduct routine inspections to predict failures in advance, ensure the stability of the systems and business applications in charge, and handle all kinds of sudden failures in a timely manner
* Be responsible for collecting customers' business needs and improvement suggestions for prod-ucts, provide timely feedback, track and solve problems to improve customer satisfaction
* Handle sudden failures of online services in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of services, and cooperate with the development team to analyze and resolve service failures in a timely manner
* Engage in operation and maintenance knowledge management work, be responsible for writing operation and maintenance-related documents, and actively cooperate with personnel inside and outside the department to provide service support
* Ensure the SLA for the business in charge, and carry out monitoring and analysis, troubleshooting and other work
* Communicate with customer and team
* Write PRD (Product Requirement Definition) for maintenance tools
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Master’s degree in computer science, electronics, communication or similar
* Good ability of communication, fluent English language skills
* Working experience in cloud connectivity in automotive or IOT complex architecture
* Familiar with software product requirement document, have experience with how to write PRD (Product Requirement Definition)
* Familiar with connectivity architecture and infrastructure
* Deep understanding of vehicle cloud connectivity systems
* Familiar with RDBMS, especially the DML operation language of the MySQL database, and possess the ability to optimize the performance of SQL statements to a certain extent, improving the efficiency and professionalism of operation and maintenance work
* Proficient in using developer debugging tools, able to read source code tag information, WEB interface pa-rameters, return information, etc., and quickly locate problems in the B-end system
* Proficient in using ITSM platform tools, understand the ITIL infrastructure and IT service best practice templates, support and manage all activities in the IT service life cycle, quickly connect with customers, improve user service satisfaction, and achieve controllable, visible and manageable services
